As a board certified nurse practitioner since 2020 and clinical experience specializing in women’s health, I understand how overwhelming health information can be — especially when you're trying to make sense of symptoms, laboratory results, supplements, and the many changes that can occur throughout a woman's life. My expertise include perimenopause, PCOS, irregular and changing menstrual cycles, vaginal health, and understanding hormone-related symptoms and laboratory results.
I created Her HealthRx to provide women with a thoughtful, personalized place to ask questions, better understand their health information, and receive personalized evidence-informed education and wellness guidance.
